AMIE ThunderTM High Voltage DC to DC Converters - Up to 5000VDC
AMI Electronics Thunder line of miniature, high voltage, low-power, DC to DC converters offer isolated, regulated high-voltage output encapsulated in high thermal conductivity epoxy resin for use in harsh environmental environments. These single output devices are available in a variety of input and output voltages. The output voltage of the Thunder family of DC to DC converters is directly proportional to the input voltage. The power supply will start with input voltage as low as 2 volts, and will not be damaged by inputs as high as 15% above the rated voltage. All Thunder DC to DC converters are designed to withstand extremes of shock, vibration, acceleration, and thermal shock to work reliably in a broad spectrum of harsh applications.
Thunder DC to DC converters are available with an input voltage of 0-5VDC, 0-12VDC, or 0-24VDC. The maximum output current ability is achieved at full output voltage and is available as the input voltage decreases. The input capacitance is 10 uF AC bypass.
